History of ANZSARC

When PSANZ-SANDA was formed in 2014 by merging ANZSA and PSANZ-PMG, the Australian and New Zealand Stillbirth Alliance Research Consortium (ANZSARC) took over the goals and priorities of ANZSA.

About ANZSA

The Australian and New Zealand Stillbirth Alliance (ANZSA), a regional office of the International Stillbirth Alliance was established in 2008 as a not for profit organisation. ANZSA was formed as an alliance of organisations and individuals sharing common goals – to reduce the stillbirth rate and improve bereavement care in Australasia through the conduct of high quality collaborative research, development and promotion of best practice in maternity care, and education and public awareness initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.
